Farmvet Systems Ltd (NI602314), having its registered office at 27 High Street, Moneymore, Magherafelt, BT45 7PA (we, us or our) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 (the Regulation), the data processor is Farmvet Systems Ltd of 27 High Street, Moneymore, Magherafelt, Londonderry, BT45 7PA and the data controller is the veterinary practice organisation through which you are employed or through which you acquire a login to www.vetimpress.com as part of accessing veterinary services.
INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
We may collect and process data about you that you provide by filling in forms on our site at www.vetimpress.com (the site), via our mobile apps (the apps) or that you provide at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our services, posting material or requesting further services from us. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.
The type of information which you may provide to us may include personal information like your name and address, email address, telephone number or other contact details.
We may also collect information such as animal identifications and event data, farm production data, laboratory test data and transaction data between you and your veterinary services provider (farmers).
If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence and any contact details you have provided in such correspondence;
We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them;
Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data and the resources that you access.
